Best Practices

Content Quality

  • Upload high-quality audio with minimal background noise
  • Include complete sermons rather than short clips
  • Provide detailed titles and descriptions
  • Upload recent content first for immediate value

Upload Strategy

  • Upload your most recent and relevant sermon content first
  • Focus on content your congregation frequently asks questions about
  • Include both audio sermons and supporting materials (notes, handouts)
  • Use YouTube integration for video content rather than file uploads

Capacity Management

  • Monitor your Content Processing Capacity usage in the dashboard
  • Longer content consumes more capacity than shorter content
  • Remove duplicate or outdated content to free up capacity
  • Consider upgrading if you frequently reach capacity limits

Testing & Optimization

  • Test AI responses after uploading new content
  • For YouTube, ensure videos are public or unlisted
  • Remove outdated or irrelevant content to free capacity
  • Monitor capacity usage in the dashboard
