What do I get with each plan?
All plans include your own AI Q&A assistant, website embed options (Widget, Iframe, Full Page), and answers based on your content with citations. Growth+ plans add Website Content Indexing for logistical questions (service times, location, contact info). As you move up plans, you get higher monthly Q&A interactions, more Content Processing Capacity, and automation like YouTube playlist sync, plus branding removal. How do Q&A interactions work?
Each time someone asks your assistant a question, it counts as one interaction. Your plan includes a monthly amount (shown in the pricing table above). You can track usage in your dashboard.
What's the difference between Widget, Iframe, and Full Page?
Widget: a small chat bubble on your website
Iframe: a larger section embedded on any page
Full Page: a standalone page you can link to
All plans include all three options.
Do we need YouTube to use Kodesiq?
No. You can use PDFs, audio recordings, and text. YouTube video processing is also available on Growth+ plans.
How does YouTube processing work?
Paste a sermon link and we automatically extract the audio, transcribe it, and make it searchable. Video processing is available starting on Growth+ plans; Professional+ can sync entire playlists automatically.
What's the difference between manual uploads and playlist automation?
Manual uploads require pasting individual video links one at a time. Playlist automation handles new videos automatically without ongoing work.
Can we remove "Powered by Kodesiq" branding?
Yes. Branding removal is available on higher-tier plans. See the plan comparison above for which plans include this option.
What are "Citations" and why do they matter?
Citations show which sermon and timestamp an answer came from (for example, a sermon title and time marker). This builds trust and lets staff and visitors review the original teaching easily.
What happens if we reach our monthly limits?
Your assistant keeps working. Additional usage is billed as overage, and you can set usage/spending caps in your dashboard. See the pricing table above for overage details.
Can we add more Content Processing Capacity without changing plans?
Yes. Capacity add-ons are available so you can process more sermon content without upgrading your entire plan. See the Add-ons section above for what's available with your plan.
Can we switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or change plans any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect right away and your billing adjusts automatically.
How hard is setup and does it work with our website builder?
Most churches add Kodesiq by pasting a small code snippet into their website builder or by linking to the Full Page version. No developer is required for typical setups. Kodesiq works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and custom sites using the Widget or Iframe embed, or a Full Page URL.
How are answers kept doctrinally accurate?
Answers come from your church’s sermons and approved content—not the open internet. Each answer includes citations so you can verify the source and maintain confidence in what’s shared.
